This camp will bring out the speedster in you while we will continue to work on stroke technique, body position, proper breathing, we will be adding some faster longer sets too. All levels are welcome. Lanes are assigned based on pace and experience. 

All campers will receive individualized instruction as well as video analysis. We will have multiple coaches on deck. 

The camp takes place over three sessions:

Sat am - 8-10

Sat pm - 6-8

Sunday am - 8-10

Come join in the fun! We will be running a looped 1.5 mile course - all athletes have one hour to complete the course. For each lap an athlete runs, he/she will receive one entry into the raffle for some awesome prizes. The more you run, the more chances you have to win!
